Name of the Post & No of Vacancies:

Applications are invited from eligible candidates professing Hindu Religion only through online mode upto 17.06.2022 for direct recruitment to the post of Executive Officer, Grade-III included in Group-VII-B Services.

TNPSC Executive Officer Grade-III Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: (As on 19.05.2022)

Applicants should possess the following or its equivalent qualification:

Age Limit: (As on 01.07.2022)

Note: *As per G.O (Ms).No.91, Human Resources Management (S) Department, dated 13.09.2021, the Maximum Age Limit prescribed for appointment by direct recruitment enhanced by 2 years. [i.e., 35 to 37 years.]

AGE CONCESSION:

(i) For Persons with Benchmark Disability : Persons with Benchmark Disability are eligible for age concession upto 10 years over and above the maximum age limit prescribed. [Section 64 of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016]

(ii) For Ex-Servicemen :

(a) The Maximum age limit for Ex-Servicemen is 50 years. [Section 63 of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016]

(b) The above mentioned age concession will not apply to the ex-servicemen applicants who have already been recruited to any class or service or category. [Section 3(j) of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016]

TNPSC Executive Officer Grade-III Selection Process 2022:

TNPSC may follow the following process to select the candidates.

Application Fee/Exam Fee for TNPSC Executive Officer Grade-III: 

Note:

(i) Linking Aadhaar number with One Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory for applicants. [For further details refer para 2B of ‘Instructions to Applicants’]

(ii) One Time Registration is valid for five years from the date of registration. After completion of five years, the applicant must renew the One Time Registration by paying the fee prescribed. The One Time Registration is different from the application for the examination. An applicant should make an online application separately for each and every examination for which he intends to appear. [Para 2C of ‘Instructions to Applicants’]

(iii) Applicants who had already registered under One-Time Registration system by paying Rs.150/- and have valid One Time Registration are exempted from paying the registration fee for this recruitment.

Examination Fee Concessions:

Note:

(i) The total number of free chances availed, will be calculated on the basis of claims made in previous applications.

(ii) The number of free chances availed by the applicant may be verified by the Commission at any stage of the selection process.

(iii) In case an applicant who makes a false claim for exemption from payment of application fee by suppressing information regarding his previous application(s) his candidature shall be rejected after due process and he shall be debarred for a period of one year from appearing for examinations and selections conducted by the Commission.

(iv) Applicants are directed to carefully choose the options ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ regarding availing the fee concession. The choice made, cannot be modified or edited after successful submission of online application.

(v) Applicants are advised in their own interest, to keep an account of the number of times fee concession has been availed, irrespective of the information displayed in the <Application History> of the applicant dashboard.

(vi) An application (irrespective of the post applied for) claiming fee concession will operate to exclude one chance from the number of free chances allowed.

(vii) Applicants who have availed the maximum number of free chances permitted / applicants who do not wish to avail of the fee concession / applicants who are not eligible for fee concession, shall choose the option ‘No’ against the query regarding fee concession. Such applicants shall thereafter pay the requisite fee through the prescribed mode of payment.

About the exam

Age criteria

 For all the posts except the post of Assistant Commissioner (Commercial Taxes )- minimum age 21 yrs and maximum age 32 yrs

For applicants possessing B.L. degree of any University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission –  Minimum age limit is 21 yrs and maximum age limit was 33 yrs

Educational qualification

At least a Bachelor’s  Degree in any discipline from recognized college/university as on January 1, 2021. The final year students are also eligible to apply for these posts.

Physical qualification

For Deputy Superintendent of Police and District Officer vacancy, the candidates should meet the specific physical qualifications. Check the official TNPSC group 1 notification 2021 for further details on physical qualification requirements such as height, weight and chest measurement.

Knowledge in Tamil language

For all TNPSC group 1 posts, a candidate should be proficient in the Tamil language.

Exam pattern

TNPSC Group 1 syllabus 2021 for preliminary exam

 200 objective type questions for 300 marks, out of which 150 were from general studies section, and remaining 50 questions from aptitude & mental ability test section. The total duration of the test is 3 hours.

Main Exam

TNPSC group 1 mains exam is further divided into 3 papers. Each paper equally carries 250 marks and 3 hours time duration. All questions are descriptive type and will be given from degree standard.

The final selection for the TNPSC group 1 services posts will be done through prelims and main exams followed by oral test.

25 questions are asked on Arithmetic and Logical Reasoning. Those who have shown special interest on mathematics can answer the questions on arithmetic easily. 1. 2018 செப்டம்பர் 15 அன்று,குவைத்திலுள்ள இந்தியப் பொறியாளர் மையத்தில் 51 ஆவதுபொறியாளர் தினம் கொண்டாடப்பட்டது. இந்தவிழாவில் விண்வெளி விஞ்ஞானி மயில்சாமி அண்ணாதுரை கலந்துகொண்டார்.  இந்தியாவின் மங்கள்யான் திட்டத்தில் முக்கியப்பங்காற்றிய அவருக்கு செவ்வாய்மனிதன்(Mars Man) எனும் பட்டம் வழங்கப்பட்டது.
2. FIDE உலகக்கோப்பை செஸ் சாம்பியன்ஷிப் போட்டி – 2018 இன் இறுதிச்சுற்று 2018 நவம்பர் 28 அன்று லண்டனில் நடைபெற்றது.  இதில் நார்வேயைச் சார்ந்த மாக்னஸ் கார்ல்ஸன் அமெரிக்காவின் பேபினோ கருணாவை வீழ்த்தி சாம்பியன் பட்டம் வென்றார்.  இவர் ஏற்கனவே 2014,2016, என இருமுறை சாம்பியன் பட்டம் வென்றுள்ளார்.
3. 2018 நவம்பர் 29 அன்று, PSLV – C43 இராக்கெட்டின் மூலம் இந்தியாவின் ஹைசிஸ் (HYSIS) செயற்கைக்கோள் உட்பட மொத்தம் 31 செயற்கைக்கோள்கள் வெற்றிகரமாக விண்வெளியில் நிலைநிறுத்தப்பட்டன. இதில் அமெரிக்கா உள்ளிட்ட 9 வெளிநாடுகளின் 30 செயற்கைக்கோள்களும் அடங்கும்.
4. நாட்டிலுள்ள அனைத்து வீடுகளுக்கும் மின் வசதியளிக்கும் மத்திய அரசின் சௌபாக்கியா திட்டத்தின் கீழ் மத்தியப்பிரதேசம், திரிபுரா, பீகார், ஜம்மு – காஷ்மீர், மிசோரம், சிக்கிம், தெலுங்கானா, மேற்குவங்கம் ஆகிய 8 மாநிலங்களின் அனைத்து வீடுகளுக்கும் மின்வசதி அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. இத்திட்டம் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படுவதற்கு முன்பே தமிழகம், கேரளா, ஆந்திரப்பிரதேசம், கோவா, பஞ்சாப், குஜராத் ஆகிய மாநிலங்கள் 100 சதவிகித மின்வசதியளித்திருந்தது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
5. மகாராஷ்டிரா மாநிலத்தில் கல்வி மற்றும் வேலைவாய்ப்பில் மராத்தா சமூகத்தினருக்கு 16 சதவிகித இடஒதுக்கீடு அளிக்கும் மசோதா 2018 நவம்பர் 29 அன்று, அம்மாநில சட்டசபையில் நிறைவேறியது.
6. ஜமைக்காவைப் பூர்வீகமாகக் கொண்ட ரிக்கோ(Reggae) எனும் இசையை யுனெஸ்கோ அமைப்பு, தொட்டுணர முடியாத கலாச்சார பாரம்பரிய சின்னமாக(Intangible Cultural heritage) 2018 நவம்பரில் அங்கீகரித்துள்ளது. புகழ்பெற்ற பாடகரான பாப் மார்லே, இந்த இசை உலகம் முழுவதும் பிரபலமடையக் காரணமாவார்.
7. காவல்துறை, மருத்துவ உதவி, தீயணைப்புத்துறை உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு அவசர உதவிகளுக்கு “112” எனும் ஒரே அவசர உதவி எண்ணை 2018 நவம்பர் 29 அன்று இந்தியாவிலேயே முதலாவது மாநிலமாக இமாச்சலப்பிரதேசம் அறிமுகப்படுத்தியுள்ளது. தற்பொழுது காவல்துறைக்கு 100, தீயணைப்புத்துறைக்கு 101, மருத்துவஉதவிக்கு 108 எனப் பல்வேறு எண்கள் பயன்பாட்டில் உள்ளன.
