Eligibility Criteria for Embarkation Headquarters Chennai Clerk, MTS Jobs 2017

Educational Qualification:

1. Steno Gd – II -(i) 12th/HSc passed or equivalent from a recognised Board or University. (ii) Skill Test Norms : Dictation 10 Mts @ 80 WPM, Transcription 50 Mts (English) 85 Mts (Hindi) on computer.
2. Asst Accountant -B.Com or any Graduation from recognised University with experience certificate in accounts
3. Lower Division Clerk (LDC) -(i) 12th /HSc passed or equivalent from a recognized Board or University. (ii) Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English (or) a typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi (on computer).
4. Storekeeper -(i) 12th /HSc passed or equivalent from a recognized Board or University with experience certificate in Storekeeping.
5. Labourer- (i) Matriculation or equivalent passed from a recognized Board. (ii) Out of 07 vacancies, one vacancy reserved for Ex-serviceman.
6. Washerman -(i) Matriculation or equivalent passed from a recognized Board. (ii) Conversant with the duties of trade with one year experience.
7. MTS (Watchman) -(i) Matriculation or equivalent passed from a recognized Board. (ii) Conversant with the duties of trade with one year experience.
8. MTS (Safaiwala) -(i) Matriculation or equivalent passed from a recognized Board. (ii) Conversant with the duties of trade with one year experience.

Age Limit:

The prescribed age limit for the above posts is in between 18-25 years for UR category (both date inclusive). The date of birth of candidates should be in between 01 Jun 1992 and 31 May 1999. Necessary age relaxation as per Govt. order for SC/ST/OBC and Ex-serviceman is applicable. (Age relaxation for SC/ST is 05 years and OBC 03 years)..
