Eligibility Criteria for Indian Air Force Group C Jobs 2017

Educational Qualification:

1. Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) – 10th pass or equivalent
2. Store Keeper – 12th passed
3. Supdt (Store) – Any Graduate
4. Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – 12th passed or equivalent and typing speed of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi or manual typewriter: or A typing Speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer
5. Stenographer – 12th pass or equivalent
6. Mess Staff – 10th pass or equivalent
7. Fireman – 10th pass or equivalent and must have undergone training in Fire Fighting under a State fire service
8. Lab Assistant – B.Sc. and 1 year experience in a Laboratory
9. Hindi Typist – 12th or equivalent. A typing speed of 25 wpm in Hindi or manual typewriter or A typing speed of 30 wpm in Hindi or Computer
10. Jr Artist – 10th or equivalent
11. Cook – 10th pass or equivalent and 6 months experience in trade
12. Driver – 10th pass or equivalent and valid civil driving license for light and heavy vehicles
13. Ayah/Ward Sahayak – 10th or equivalent
14. Safaiwala – 10th or equivalent
15. Dhobi – 10th or equivalent
16. Carpenter – Industrial Training Institute Certificate in the appropriate/akin field or trade viz. Carpenter or Ex-Serviceman in appropriate trade viz. Carpenter
17. Painter – Industrial Training Institute Certificate in the appropriate/akin field or trade viz. Painter or Ex-Serviceman in appropriate trade viz. Painter

Age Limit:

Candidate’s Age Limit Should be between (For Stenographer, Junior Artist, Fireman – 18 to 27 Years), (For All Other Posts – 18 to 25 years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
