Eligibility Criteria for NIBMG Technical Specialist, Data Analyst Jobs 2017

Educational Qualification:

1. Project Manager- Post-graduate in any discipline relevant to large scale population projects
2. Experimental Laboratory Manager – PhD in Genomics or a related discipline, (2) Minimum 5 years of experience of working on high-throughput genomics platforms, (3) Past experience in management of biological laboratory, (4) Strong letters of recommendation from previous employers/supervisors
3. Computational Laboratory Manager – PhD in Statistics or related discipline, (2) Minimum 5 years of experience of working in large statistical projects/consultancy, (3) Past experience in management of computational laboratory (4) Knowledge of computer programming and data management (5) Strong letters of recommendation from previous employers/supervisors
4. Database Manager – B.Tech/M. Tech/MCA degree or equivalent in computer science or a related discipline, (2) Proven track record of experience in management of large relational databases and relevant programming/scripting languages
5. Technical Specialist Tier – MSc or equivalent (or BSc with 3 years laboratory experience) in Genetics/Life Sciences/Biochemistry/related discipline; (2) Minimum 3 years of experience of working with high-throughput genomics platforms.
6. Technical Specialist – MSc or equivalent (or BSc with 3 years laboratory experience) in Genetics/Life Sciences/Biochemistry/related discipline; (2) Minimum 2 years of experience in genomics laboratory work
7. Data Analyst – Tier- ) First Class B.Tech/M. Tech degree or equivalent in computer science / Bioinformatics or a related discipline (2) Minimum 2 years of experience in analysis of massively parallel DNA sequencing data
8. Data Analyst- M.Tech, MSc or equivalent in Computer Science/Computer Applications/ Bioinformatics or a related discipline (2)Proficiency in programming in C/C++ or python (3) Prior experience in high-throughput data (NGS) handling.
9. Administrative Coordinator- MSc or equivalent in Life Sciences or related subject
10. Financial Coordinator- M.Com with 5 years’ work experience(or B.Com with 10 years’ work experience) (2) Experience in using financial packages e.g. Tally; (4) Thorough knowledge of GFR.
11. Project Assistant- Graduate in science (2) Minimum 2 years’ experience in research projects
12. Phlebotomist – Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (2) Past experience in large scale population projects
